Could i have my updated code again please

Hi i have been registered with powerkaraoke plus for
a while now my computer had a major burnout and im trying to unlock it
again but i only have my original serial from when i purchaced the software, what im in need of is the updated serial which was sent to me as it was lost on my computer i have emailed twice with my main email but have had no reply so i came on here

hi my old email address is not inuse any more i have upgraded to broadband when i ordered powerkaraoke plus i had dial up
could the code be sent to my new address from the emails i have sent or to my hotmail account [email protected]
