Power CG+G Burner Stopped Working

I am having an unusual problem. When I downloaded the trial, it recognized all my drives (including HP 8200+ USB) and made fine demos. Whn I purchased and registered the program, it no longer sees that drive, and the burns I do with the other drive (Matsushita UJDA720) show blue screen along with acceptable sound.
