Neo-G playing on a laptop

Does anyone know how to play NEO-G on a laptop. I can use the standard DVD player but all I get is the music and no graphics.. and I can't see the titles/menu etc.

I started to post this a while ago.
(I don't know if anyone has created a windows NEO+G player)
