go to settings and compression->

I use standard mpeg2 : Width 720 : Height 576 : Framerate 25
(This is PAL setting).
Other settings are default.
Now I can burn all songs to DVD with dvdlab. (about 80-90 songs).
Everything works fine.

Hi! It seems that you're the only one here using the PVK that didn't encounter a problem. Good for you. What version are you using now? What is your system configuration? My trial period had already expired so I can't evaluate the latest version. Hope you can share with us your experiences with PVK.

We have hundreds of users that are using Power Video Karaoke. As you can see on forum some of our users have problems, but most of them are caused by software incompatibilities (various encoders and DirectX probles). I have not deleted a single post from our forum, but am a little surprised that it has given you the impression of poor quality of our software.

User support is also available via email -- I may restart your evaluation period if you would like to try the latest version (1.2.20). Please send me an email and I will give you the instructions on what to do.

I have to jump in here and say that my PVK is working GREAT! I have made 7 karaoke songs on video and burned them to DVD with no crashes, good quality, etc. The moderators have answered many questions for me about how to get the software going on my machine. I still have a video card conflict, and I'm eventually going to reformat my computer, but for now, things are great. I make .avi with .mpeg backgrounds and convert them to mpeg2 in another program. I DON'T CAPTURE with music as sometimes my music causes distortions. It is terribly slow even with 1.5 gig of RAM, but I don't mind because I get results. I have found that there are certain videos that the program does not like at all so I steer clear of those or go through a re-rendering process with a different video editor. I'm very happy now it works. If you want to see some of my video, here are a few links:
