microsoft error

i really want to purchase this software, but as soon as i use it, i get; "microsoft has encountered a problem and has to close". anyone have any suggestions to stop this annoying problem?

Which software are you referring to? And also which version are you using? (If it is not 1.2.16 then please try updating).
