When I run the player, I get an error message stating "parameter is incorrect." New laptop, running XP, DirectX 9.0, plenty of memory. What gives?

Does this happen when you invoke the player from the Start menu or when you are trying to open it after creating a BIN file?

What software have you used to create this CDG file?

The file works on another computer. There is nothing wrong with the file. It also works perfectly when I use Media Player with the CD+G filter. It works 100% on all other programs. All my CD+G files works on all the players I use. They do not work with the Power Karaoke CD+G Player on my new laptop.

Maybe there is a problem with audio playback on your laptop? Have you tried installing latest DirectX on it?
