NOT REMOVING VOCAL

Post by Kingofk »

After updating to the latest version, when I try to remove vocals I get his message:

"Error writing to destination folder"

I didn't want to try resetting all to default because the update will not make sense.

Thank you

Please check the destination folder location, and make sure you have writing privileges to it.

Ok, now it is removing vocals but I am not able to adjust lyrics.
It doesn't show the screen lyrics adjustments like before.
I click play to start seeing the highlighting of the words, but the words don't highlight so I don't see If they need adjusments.
The adjust lyrics screen it looks like the video preview screen.

I don't know neither know what you mean when you said: check....I don't have any idea how to do all that.
Is it on the explorer or in the program?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and without solution

Thank you

Was a synchronization done? What is a full name of the program you are referring to? Please save your project as PK3 file using File -> Save command, and send it to support@powerkaraoke.com together with its soundtrack file.

Regarding "check", when you generate an output file there is "Output folder" setting in "Create ..." dialog box. Please make sure the folder exists, and that you have writing privileges to it.

I also encountered the same error after updating. It seems that the new version has a problem with the folder write permission. I temporarily fixed it by changing the save folder to outside the main drive, then running again and it was fine.

I am trying to reproduce the issue -- can you please send me a screenshot of a program window before processing?
