New licence
Last week my licence expired and I paid for another year but now Im having some trouble. Even after I have paid it keeps saying tha my licence has expired and it is being giving me "an extra day". Thats not right. Also I had to download a new version and since that I can't use the camera as background in the software. Please help me.

Please make sure to enter your new unlocking information. If Unlock command is greyed out, please open Help -> Unlock while keeping CTRL key pressed.

Thanks the registration worked. Now I just need help with the camera background which is crashing when I activete it

Please do the following:
1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to support@powerkaraoke.com together with the problem description.

I did that two days ago. Today I wrote another e-mail. They dont answer to say at least if they are check in
