Hi Siglos Team,
since three or four sub-versions both Siglos Player Recorder and Professional are not able to play all mp3 obviously due to missing codecs.
On some MP3 there is a constanmd crackling hearable and osome waves are also not playable and siglos ends and stops the program with an error message. I couldn't figure out by the log file what was the problem.
I've tried several preferences in MP3 Codes and Wave Files but it doesn't work.
Is there any update on the siuglos mp3 and video codec pack or is it possible that the program can access codecs on the PC machine not installed by Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder or Professional?
Please help.

Missing Codecs

Re: Missing Codecs
In my experience, crackling noises usually indicate a corrupt audio driver. Is it only Siglos products that are creating this issue for you? If so, then I would believe it's a Siglos issue.
If it's an issue with all sounds or players, then I would advise you to uninstall your audio driver via Device Manager, restart Windows and then reinstall it either via Windows update or downloading the driver from your PC's support site. Hope this helps with your situation.
