Does SKP block downloading songs from YT with explicit titles?

I do know that the preview thumbnail on the results screen has been blurred out for quite sometime.

It appears that now I am unable to download any of these videos. I am getting the following error:

Cannot find the download links.

Same issue on vids from different YT channels.

EDIT: Appears the artist may have blocked them/unavailable in the region.
