Add the Playing Time column to the Song Database screen

I'd like to see this info in this screen, reason being if I have a busy or short show, I'd like to be able to immediately identify a track longer than, say 6 minutes, and dissuade a performer from choosing a lengthy song. I would also be able to easily mark long tracks as not displayable in the remote client.
