I'm getting the following error (attached). I've restarted and it's still not working. You can look up my list but when you attempt to sign up, this error comes in.

What do I do to fix it?

on the remote queue screen on SKP the second box is checked. that allows people to go through the book but not send digital requests. uncheck it and all will be well
