Payment made but no license key or email issued.

My credit card has been charged $39.00 for your Software product "Power CD+G Burner 2 Software". I have yet to receive an email confirming or showing a license key to activate the license. Do I need to call my credit card company to dispute this purchase or get a refund? I just want to get the software, but it is challenging to find anyone to speak with. I can be reached on my cell phone at 303-726-0649.
