Ugrade on Siglos Karaoke Professional causes abort

I recently purchased the next 12 months of support and installed the latest version of the Siglos Karaoke Professional on my Windows 10 Laptop. After I entered the Unlock code, I tried to use the software an it will startup, but after a few seconds, it closes the window completely. I need to know how to correct this issue.

I tried to send an email to [email protected] but it came back as an invalid email address.

Would appreciate some help quickly as I need to use this this coming weekend.

Please redownload a setup file for the program from Downloads section of our website, and run it to reinstall the program.
