Where to find Release Notes?

Hello, where are the release notes for the new versions of the software posted? For example, Siglos just notified me to download the newest version of SKP (2.3.7.10) but before I install it I would like to review what was added / fixed. I know once I install it then I can see "What's New" but is there a way to view that here on the Forums?
