Is there a limit to # of tracks in a Collection?

I am trying to create a large list, and it appears to be capped at 1000 songs.

When one is in the Song Database pop-up window/screen, there is buttons in the top right of the window to create and edit song Collections. These collections are also available to view/choose from the Remote Queue web interface.

When search filter is empty a number of songs displayed is limited to 1000 to avoid loading all the songs there are into the window. However when filtering songs or creating collections this limit does not apply.

So the 1000 song limit should be overridden if I select a Collection that has more than 1000 songs? The window does not indicate anything other than "matched 1000 of the total (number of songs on my database)' when I select it. I have tried to create a collection with all of my YouTube mp4 grabs to no avail. I have to use the Search filter in conjunction with the Collection?

am I doing something wrong or not correctly understanding?

To show all items in a collection you need to enable 'Search within selected collection only' (this is a funnel button next to 'Show all'). If you enable it pressing 'Show all' will list all items in collection.

You can limit your search by selecting the "search only the selected collection." Do it and you'll be good to go.

This worked. I had to try it a couple of times, but I got the result I was looking for. Thanks for the assist.
