kvc not responding

this happen sometime just after a few songs or a few times in a row mostly when finishing the making of the song and going to the full layout just before making the song into mp4 or avi (i only make mine in mp4 now) my pc has 6 core i7 32 ram windows 11 (it did do this when i had windows 10 also) i have to taskmanager and force the app to close then remake the how thing any ideas

Could you please specify the full version number for the program. Please click "Help > About" command to display the full version number.

Which action exactly does cause the program to crash?

so there is no set action when it happens sometimes after the lyric matching window closes sometime in the main page working with the song and then other times just before the program makes the video or just after it plays the made video

that may have fixed it havent had a crash sense thanks
