Connectkaraoke.com Issue

I use the online signup because it's such a convenient feature. When I attempt to log in using the internet feature, I get an error of "Event Object cannot be created".
this happens on multiple computers so I know it's an issue with my computer/internet. I changed the API Key and still get the same error. I can log in successfully using the local server option.
I went to connectkaraoke.com and entered my show name "EdSoul" and get the error.
Can you please look into this as I utilize this feature quite often?
