Would like to upgrade to CD+G Creator Pro

Some time ago I purchased CD+G Creator then did not do any karaoke stuff for years. I'm getting back into karaoke and would like to purchase the CD+Creator Pro but do not have any of the previous license information for te CD+G Creator that I had purchased. Can you guide me in the right direction?
