NO Video preview and no singer notificarion on screen help

Hi
I have replaced pc with new one and reloaded SKP onto to new pc with same operating system (win7)

On Old pc I was able to see videos in preview screen and Next singer details showed up overlaying video playing on second (extended)screen

Now I cant get either to work any ideas please it's driving me mad

You didn't happen to overlook Settings > KJ cont. > Overlay fill-in with singer annoucement.
