SKP 2.0.30 rotation error

Post by gjjolly »

Wait for songs checked add 5 songs 1st and last singers have songs, others

have none. Start first singer and before song ends click 'Go To Next',

[Singer queue empty] pops up continue with default selection, 2nd singer is

skipped and 3th singer turns red now the problem is when you attempt to

add a song to 3th singer, program skips 3th and 4th singers and makes #5

singer current singer. :x

I haven't used the wait for song feature, but can you enlighten me on what it supposed to do? Is it supposed to wait for you to put in a song if the singer does not have any songs in?

yes but right now it can scramble your rotation, best wait for the bugs to be worked out before trying it.

I tested out the "wait for song" feature and it seems like the popup for the wait for song instruction does not popup for my last singer. I just tested it with three singers and it wasn't working the way it supposed to. Adam or Piotr, can you check on this?

Adam, have you checked out this particular problem? Can you give us an update whether you are getting close to correcting the problem? I'm sure you have some KJs eager to use the karaoke pro with all the features running as smooth as can be.

Thanks

Hey Piotr, it's been a month and no word yet about the fix. Can we expect it soon?

Ok guys you're doing it again! Why do you go into hiding when someone ask you a question about updates? You gave a statement that you're working on the fix, but that was 10 going on 11 days ago. You used to have the best customer support for your products but it has gone down over the years. Speak to us guys, let us know what's going on.

Support is lacking

Post by fragumon »

Ever get the feeling that this software is on it's way to being "no longer supported". In reality, it already is! Couldn't see myself buying anymore update licenses if these issues aren't going to be resolved.
