Error 2 means that the soundtrack is not CD-compatible (ie. it is not 44 kHz stereo 16-bit). I would suggest you checked it and used a sound editor to convert it to CD format.

how can this be fixed, no matter what soundtrack I use it says this

Please try updating your DirectX. Also make sure that MP3 files is a stereo file.
