I need to redownload the program but the only options I see are "buy" and "download free trial version" I already paid for this program and have the unlock code. Can anyone help me?

Hello Mike .... I am only a user but I have reinstalled several times by using trail version and it put my code back in for me, this is reinstalling on the same computer. If you install on a different computer or reformat the hard drive you will need to put your code in player window > help > unlock, like I say I'm only a user but this has always worked for me. I think Buy and trial version or the same download, Buy just redirects you to a link to pay before it downloads. If you need the code it should be in a email you received when you purchased it. good luck!!
