unlock code not received after payment

Hello,
I purchased your Karaoke Video Creator and send the payment through transfer last Wednesday.
However, I haven't received any unlock code after.
The invoice number is 106916935 and the order is under the name 'Ju Hwan Kim'.
Can you please check and confirm about this?

It looks like the authorization of your order did not complete. Are you sure you were charged?

We made the payment by wire transfer last Wednesday, 14th August.
We also have the payment proof and can send it to you through email.
The payment should be made under 'Woosong University'.

Can you check again if you indeed has received the payment?
Or is it possible that because the payment is made by wire transfer, hence the authorization is not complete?
If it is, can you let me know how long would it take to process the payment until complete?
