Siglos karaoke pro has stopped working

I have recently transferred the Siglos pro from an older laptop to a newer laptop. I have imported all my files successfully. When I go to play them, it goes to shutdown and lists the problem(s). Any ideas?

What is a format of these files? Is there any error message displayed? Do you have the latest release of the program installed?
