unlock code for burner cd+g2

I am still waiting to hear instructions for what I am to do next to make my code unlock burner. Is this burner compatible with windows 8 as I have been reading where there have been problems in the forum with this issue. You sent email earlier to ask if I had the burner and your programme on the same computer answer is YES. Bought this burner a month ago and still unable to use after screenshots etc because of the code. Could I have another code to try? Patience is wearing thin. APPRECIATE your help to continue.
