The best way to enter the unlock code is to copy it in email you
received from us (select it with mouse and press Ctrl+C) and then to
paste into dialog box (activate unlock code edit box and press Ctrl+V).
You may also do the same for email address, as unlock code depends on it.

I'm sorry, you are having problems with our software, however please note, the majority of our customers makes no complaints about the playback quality of Power CDG Player Pro.

Could you please provide us the information about the computer system you are using. What CD drive do you have?

The unlock code was e-mailed to you after the purchase. I resend it now. Should you not receive it please let us know.

Please note we do not send our software on a CD by mail. You have to download the setup file from our website.

You just have to configure the the Playback Properties in the Windows Mixer so to enable (unmute) the WAVE and MICROPHONE tracks. However, better solution would be to use an external audio mixer.

Please send an e-mail message to [email protected] containing the info that will let us to identify you. That is: the name of the user the software was registered to, home address specified in the order, etc.

You can play the file recorded with vocal using Power CDG Player Pro. Just overwrite the original mp3 file with the new one.

If you are looking for the software to burn CDG discs, please take a look at Power CDG Burner:

Note, the CD drive has to support CDG for the software to work.

Please download the installation program from our website, and run it. One of the installation wizard dialog boxes contains a edit field where you can specify the required location for the program files.

Copying the folders will not work. You have to reinstall the software -- run the installation program again.
