Song list problems

Thanks Adam. I'll do that. I have also purchased a product called KJ File Manager and I believe that may help get me on the road to success. I did note however, at another karaoke forum, that others have problems with file importing in Siglos. Some are moving away from Siglos because of this issue. ...

Song list problems

Adam, I believe I've done all of the above. Could you direct me to a help file that shows what Siglos is looking for in a file list? Better yet, could you email me a sample file that will import correctly into Siglos so I can review the file and try to figure out what's wrong with the one I am using...

I've looked at the CD+G database and the following is a typical example of the file: 01. xxxnn-nn_-_Cline,_Patsy_-_Crazy. Is the 01. the problem? Thanks. Wil

Song list problems

Adam, Disc ID, Artist, Title, Ignore. I've tried different rules, including all of the separators, but the _-_ seems to be the appropriate separator. Some of the database files have artist first and then title and others have title first and then artist, but all of them start with the Disc ID. Thanks.

Importing Song List

A typical example of the database I'm trying to import is: ASKFP46-1-10_-_Cash,_Johnny_-_Man_In_Black

This seems consistent with the examples, but I cannot get a good match during the import process. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Song list problems

Thanks Adam. I guess one of the problems that I am having is that I cannot figure out how to "clear" the area where songs that do not match are shown. I've temporarily changed the subdirectory name to see if that would help, but it appears that it does not. The format of my songs appear to...

Importing song list

I have several karaokeinfo.com downloads which are CD + G formatted, but when I import the songs into Siglos, all the information is there in the file column, but the artist, title, and song ID columns are blank. Is it possible to have these filled in automatically? Thank you.
