When I open Power CD+D Burner and click on about the window with the link to powerkaraoke opens and shows the copyright info and Registered to me. Stupid question - but should I be connected to Internet when ripping? The software is used on a secondary laptop.

I purchased the codes to unlock and submitted info. when prompted.

After I have ripped the CDG and converted to use in Siglos Karaoke Professional it only plays and displays one minute of every song that was ripped. What do I need to do to get the entire song???
