Found this one randomly and was able to replicate it.

With "Wait for songs" enabled, when the rotation passes over a disabled singer, every empty singer directly after them will get skipped.

Yes, wait for songs is running normally otherwise.

In your database window, click Tools, Validate Songs..., and make sure you check Update Playing Time For Current Songs.

Depending on what you're changing about the location determines how easy it is to fix your database. If you don't direct the original song to the new location, you will lose your history of that song. You can either do it track by track in the add singer screen or database screen OR you could export...

Do you have backups of your history that you could check if they work?

I usually uncheck this option when I validate the database, but it runs this feature every time.
