I need to download the sofeware again cause of my hard drive,i got a new computer and when I try to download the sofeware it goes to the new one and my code wont work in it please help me thank you,wmccorm

i to have the same problem with mine.i know it records but i cant here my voice when i sing throuhg the speakers and i cant get mine to save to the hard drive .any answers.yvonne

ita check for karaoke file folder.i tryed to do just the music and that wont save. i tryed to load the hold disk and save and that wont work eather.yvonne sorry to be so much trouble

iam used window xp and yes i can hear my voice on play back but it wont save it to the file folder.yvonne
