Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I purchased power karaoke a year ago. Old computer crashed & i now have a new laptop. I do not have the unlock numbers required to open the program.I just loaded it now cannot find numbers . I'm not sure if I was in florida when I purchsed but if I was my email would have been tktnewtoy@earthlin...

I've just recently tried to rip, copy burn existing karaoke discs I ghave and cannot get the ltrics to show. The program goes thru all the process and reflects burning successful BUT...all I get is the music????
Pleas help if possible
