Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

When I set the inactive background to a JPG the player crashes as soon as I try to play a track.

I am running Windows XP service pack 2, fully patched.

Any ideas?

Should I assume that no response whatsoever means a solid, "NO"?
