Having issues with Power CD+G to iPod Karaoke Converter. I converted 500 BIN files into MP4 to play on iPod. 99% of these converts work fine. There's a handful of converts that play fine in iTunes, but will not copy onto the iPod. How can I troubleshoot this?

I d/l and installed the BIN to iPod MP4 converter. The demo worked in creating 2 1-minute clips. However, I cannot play them on my computer to test the results.
