One of my KJ's is reporting the reset button glitch on his laptop in the current version. I haven't seen it happen, and I'm trying to get more details. All I know is all the windows disappear, but task manager shows Siglos is still a running process.

Edit: Just happened to me with the restart button.

Ran a show last night with no crashes. I was worried, but thankful because they can really kill a show.

I had a random crash after a song ended, all the windows closed but Siglos remained open in task manager. When I reloaded the software, the previous song was still in queue, so I pressed start and go to next, and it crashed 2 more times...3rd time it was fine. Not sure why it happened. I have the log on the laptop I can email before I start my show tonight.

Is anyone else experiencing issue since updating to this build?

Ran a show last night on my backup computer. The program behaved very unstable. It crashed 2-3 times and YouTube videos from links that weren’t downloaded had video issues. Either the screen froze or remained black on many of them. There were no audio issues.

Tonight I hit new session and ran a fake show and all seemed well, so I have no idea what created the glitch @ my Saturday night show.

The problem is under investigation.

I have a show tomorrow evening. Any possibility for a fix before then?

I have sent the latest Sigloslog txt file after another crash.

Please do the following:

1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to Documents folder -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to [email protected].

The new version crashes when I attempt to remove singers whom have left the show with the X and when I move singers via the arrow up and down on the left side of the rotation screen. I tried rolling back to a previous version and the problem remained. I was barely able to keep the show afloat. I will send the log.
