I think I have been able to reproduce and fix the issue. Please try this build:

I tried all renderer choices with restart and always the same result. No graphics with the resolution increase setting on

Can you try to change renderer to Enhanced and restart the program?

Using standard renderer, but choosing a different one doesn't make a difference.

Which renderer is selected in Settings / Display?

Also could you please email us your settings? You can save them in Settings / Tools.

The problem is currently resolved because I uninstalled and re-installed the program. The reason for that is another bug.

After I downloaded and installed the new version (right before a show), I had a problem with no graphics displaying on the screen. I reverted to the previous version I was running (2.4.2.10), which fixed the problem for the time being.

I tried the upgrade again at home after my show with the same result (no graphics). Revert did not fix it this time, i had graphics on singer screen preview but not on actual singer screen. So I did a full removal and reboot, then re-install again which also did not fix it.

Then I disabled "Smart resolution increase" in the display settings. This brought the graphics back, in the latest version. With the option on, no graphics on preview or singer screen.

So right now I have graphics, and the inactive video is working under the latest version, for the time being.

I am sorry for the problem. Please do the following:

1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to support@powerkaraoke com.

I had been using a video for the inactive background without issue. I went to work at another venue so I turned it off temporarily. When I went to use it again, it crashes the program. This continues to be the case after a few updates since that time.
