not working for me either

Is there any update on this? I primarily used remote sign up as an option and it's putting a hinder on my show.

I'm getting the error referenced in the subject line

Can say that all 3 systems were down last night for remote queue and the one 1 system we use tonight is still down.

this issue seems to have resurfaced.. is there a fix i can use on my end to get it working again? started last night 09/06/22 and continues today 09/07/22.. please help.

Anyone hear anything about this today? It's still not working on my end.

I did get it to connect at home using the ip address of my computer plus the 6803 port. I must have that shut off on my work computer. I am sure they will have it fixed soon.

I could not get it to work direct either..most kjs around here have a Facebook page for requests..just an idea..

I wonder if there are more people with is issue or just us.
A temporary option would be if you don't want to share internet is to just take a wireless router to your show and have them use that but without internet. It also means that your computer won't have access to internet either.

That's my thought, too- but need to be sure (and that I have a fix or viable workaround) before the next show! Cheers!
