Please try version 2.3.7.24, it should fix the problem.

I'm having the exact same problem. I use KJ File Manager to name my files and it works in other karaoke programs, but not this one. I need it to work soon. Please help.

I sent two files- neither imported with the tag info.

Yeah, I tried every iteration of that after noticing it wasn't working. This is a new issue (as far as I can tell)- I'd never had this happen before (though it's been about three months since I'd added any songs, so I can't promise this wasn't happening in a previous version.
Edited to add: The metadata tags have never been "ignored" in this way in any previous version, as far as I know. And I've always used the same naming convention. What I have never had to do is change any of the parsing that you mentioned.

Please make sure to adjust "Name parsing rule" to a format of filenames you are importing into the program database.

I imported "new" songs into the program, but it's not reading the Artist/Title/Disc info like it has done previously. Instead, it's showing the track number/artist/title in the "Title" field, with the other fields blank, forcing me to manually enter/edit this information.
I have triple-checked my tags, and they're named the same way all the rest of my files are, but I've had this issue with two different folders. I even went back and re-imported some "old" files and got the same result.[attachment=0]Untitled3.jpg[/attachment]
