I can't attach the file to the e-mail for some reason so i've moved it out and let's see if it creates a new one

No it came on as disabled because it was already enabled so I've re-enabled it.

I'll delete the log that is already there (and send you a copy just incase it's that one) then hopefully it'll create a new one if it happens this afternoon.

Did the message "Log enabled" appear after CTRL+SHIFT+L was pressed?

I'm not sure where the log is being saved the only one i have there was modified in 2017 :-(

In case of crashes, please do the following:

1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to [email protected].

Great, That worked with the file I was trying to use on Thursday night so fingers crossed that fixes the MP4 issue, any ideas what the other issues are caused by? or has anyone else experienced them?

HI

I'm having issues with getting MP4 video files to play they were working on a previous version but I've had to upgrade laptop to a Windows 11 one and seem to have issues with the system crashing when i start to play it or just not playing it at all.

I'm also having issues with random crashes and then it loses the new singers for the night in the rotation list...

Hang on not finished yet.... also found out that my database isn't saving each time I do karaoke... because i do specific venues it's good that i have the complete history of the singers and if they've tried out different ones it keeps it in the list.

I love siglos and have been using it for many many years and love how the program has developed over that time
