I purchased the software on 12/25/14 and my credit card account was charged $38.28 on 12/28/14. I have not received the unlock code as yet. Status indicates that it has been shipped. It is not in my Inbox or Junk folder, and it is not on my Service Providers server in their Spam folder.
Did you send it to the wrong email address?
