DLL/OCX error

I am unable to download the trial SKP program. Have windows 10

I thought I should give a little more information. It’s a new computer running windows 10 home version1803. I have had SKP for many years and just updated to the newest version. I got a new computer and am trying to get it on that computer. So frustrated. Help please. I have shut off the firewall, run as administrator, but it doesn’t seem to help.
