Karaoke CD+G Creator wont open

I'm trying to open the file on my new laptop and the application file won't open and Windows said there's a problem with file and has to close the program.

I purchased the program 09/19/2015 or this is when I received my unlock code

I'm aware that I need to update my licenses, because, I also have the Power Karaoke burner 2, but before I renew I wanted to know if there is a better way to spend and perhaps add the next item you might suggest and purchase a combo?

What is the file you are trying to open? Please describe your actions with more details.

Also, please do not post your unlock code on a public forum.
