purchased wrong software

I thought that I was purchasing the CD+G to MP4 converter, but instead purchased the one that is for users that already have the program. I paid $29 for it and now I have to purchase the right program for $39. How can I get reimbursed for the $29 purchase I made in error. I already have the CD+G Burner 2 program. I need the CD+G to MP4 converter. Help
